You will prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other menu items following established recipes to ensure consistency and presentation. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and answer questions while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and collaborating with teammates to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, timely, and helpful service while addressing customer requests and questions
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and related items using established methods
• Follow recipes to maintain quality and consistency
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders in a busy environment
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and restock supplies
• Safely operate espresso machines and grinders following established guidelines
• Collaborate with team to keep workflow smooth especially during busy periods
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs in varying temperatures
