Job summary

Alfred Coffee is seeking a Full-Time Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards across beverage preparation and cafe operations. You will work collaboratively with the Cafe team to serve quality coffee, tea, and food while upholding hygiene and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and active participation in shifts, with a compensation structure including hourly wage plus tips. Prior cafe experience is preferred but not required.
