Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a part-time kitchen role at Tucson Marriott University Park in Tucson, AZ. You will prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and maintain a clean workstation as part of a committed hotel culinary team.

The role requires an Active Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain one soon after hire), willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment
• Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations
• Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation
• Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures
• Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used
