Job summary

El Camino Baking Company in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an experienced, reliable part-time Barista to join our cafe. The schedule is Wednesday & Friday 6:30am-3:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 7:30am-3:00pm.

The position offers a base wage of $15.00 per hour plus tips, with benefits for employees working 32 hours or more, holiday pay, and time off. You will craft espresso drinks, deliver friendly service, and help with pastry and cafe duties.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Support daily cafe operations as needed
• Participate in menu development, including seasonal drink ideas and cafe offerings.

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated part-time Barista to join our team. Schedule requirements are Wednesday & Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 7:30am-3:00pm. Hourly base wage is $15.00/hour plus tips. Employees that work 32-hours a week or more also qualify for benefits, holiday pay and time off.
