Job summary

El Camino Baking Company in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an experienced, reliable part-time Barista to join our cafe. The schedule is Wednesday & Friday 6:30am-3:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 7:30am-3:00pm.

The position offers a base wage of $15.00 per hour plus tips, with benefits for employees working 32 hours or more, holiday pay, and time off. You will craft espresso drinks, deliver friendly service, and help with pastry and cafe duties.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or cafe experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Interest in coffee and contributing menu ideas to the menu

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and coffee beverages with consistency and quality.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter.
• Assist with retail pastry and food service, including preparation, presentation and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Support daily cafe operations as needed
• Participate in menu development, including seasonal drink ideas and cafe offerings.
