Qualifications

• Preferable supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and connecting with customers.
• Produce high quality products in accordance with company standards.
• Contribute to store profitability by following cash handling procedures.
• Assume responsibility to learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista.
