Qualifikationen

• Preferable supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Special skills: customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred.

• Provide exceptional customer service: Welcome and connect with each customer.
• Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide product demonstrations and sampling.
• Produce high quality products in accordance with company standards; only serve items that meet standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge and practice of safe food handling.
• Follow merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage standards.
• Present oneself in a clean professional manner during every shift.
• Contribute to Store Profitability: cash handling and register policies; follow inventory guidelines.
• Learn and demonstrate barista standards beyond the training program.
