Job summary

Ascent Hospitality seeks a Barista to join our team, delivering the Starbucks Experience to guests in our coffee shop within a hotel setting. You will provide prompt service, quality beverages and a clean, welcoming environment for hotel guests and patrons.

The ideal candidate will excel at customer service, communicate clearly, and be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow recipes.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Provide legendary customer service and maintain a clean environment.
• Handle cash and operate POS following policy and safety guidelines.
• Prepare beverages and products per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
