Gain and maintain knowledge of department products and respond to questions or suggest items.
Collaborate with teammates and promote teamwork to achieve store goals.
Prepare beverage selections to recipes and standards and handle transactions per company practices.
Offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials.
Provide customers with fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrink.
Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs.
Use coffee shop equipment and properly label, stock and inventory items.
Check product quality and review sell-by dates; take action as needed.
Operate kitchen equipment including espresso machines, blenders, scales, steamer.
Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
Stay current with ads and promotions and maintain safety compliance.
