• Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and handle transactions according to company practices.
• Offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials.
• Provide customers with fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrink and ensure order accuracy.
• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Operate coffee shop equipment (espresso machine, blender, scales, steamer) and manage inventory.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise; report ordering/shipping discrepancies.
• Stay current with ads and safety regulations; promote a safe, compliant work environment.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and report equipment needing repair.
• Report safety risks or incidents promptly to management.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity and respectful customer interactions.
