Levy Restaurants at Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Barista to craft espresso drinks and serve food and beverages to guests. You will operate the POS, handle cash and card payments, and ensure HACCP guidelines are followed for quality and safety.

You'll interact with guests, explain menu items, and contribute to a fast, friendly service on site. This role offers part-time hours supporting event and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Understanding of HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso and other beverages to standard recipes.
• Operates POS and processes cash/credit payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the service area and equipment.
• Ensures proper food handling and presentation per HACCP standards.
• Greets customers, answers questions and supports sales through upselling.
