Terratron, Inc. is seeking a Barista to create a welcoming coffee experience by preparing quality beverages, serving espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and light foods, while operating the POS and keeping a guest-ready space.

You will greet guests, manage inventory, follow safety guidelines, and provide friendly service. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to clean, professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-motivated, and responsible with time management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to business needs.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification may be required depending on role, brand, or location.
• Cash handling or point-of-sale skills may be required depending on brand.
• Knowledge of preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food and beverage service standards.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, days, evenings, and nights.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and follow safety policies.
