Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly Barista to create an amazing guest experience by preparing tea, coffee and espresso drinks and delivering first-class service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

You will uphold our TRIFIC values, maintain a clean station, handle payments, train teammates as needed, and help with seating, answering calls, and other duties to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Food and Beverage experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service oriented and solution focused.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders promptly.
• Prepare and present beverages (tea, coffee, espresso) per recipe.
• Handle payments and other POS transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and assist with seating and answering calls.
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards and support restaurant operations.
