Macy's is seeking a Starbucks Barista for Christiana who can deliver exceptional customer service while preparing Starbucks beverages to standards. This part-time role requires a friendly, reliable team member who can handle a fast-paced environment across shifts.

As a Barista, you will follow Starbucks procedures, assist with merchandising, and engage with customers to create a welcoming experience. Weekend availability is expected on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages per standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and equipment.
• Handle cash and operate the register accurately.
• Suggest products and promote promotions to customers.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and store policies.
