White Lodging is hiring in Austin, TX to staff customer-facing roles in our hospitality venues. You’ll prepare beverages, connect with guests, and help ensure exceptional service across premium hotels and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by preparing quality beverages and products.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items and seasonal specials; suggest options to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform opening/closing duties.
• Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently.
• Represent White Lodging with a professional, polished appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
