You will stay knowledgeable about menu items, assist guests with recommendations, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while presenting a professional appearance.

Previous experience is a plus but not required. This role offers Day 1 benefits, DailyPay, PTO, and opportunities across multiple hotels in the market.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and social personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
• Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
