Job summary

The Westin Indianapolis, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Barista to craft espresso drinks, engage guests, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced cafe.

You will maintain a clean workstation, follow health and safety guidelines, and upsell pastries and merchandise. Prior cash handling experience and a flexible schedule including weekends are preferred to join our hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Prior cash handling experience.
