Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverages, espresso bar, and pastries.
• Maintain area and equipment per Health Department standards.
• Follow Starbucks Simple Service Steps and Magic Selling to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Educate, sample, and serve customers craveable food and beverage products.
• Open/close area with checklist and supervisor sign-off.
• Maintain PAR stock levels and presentation of products.
• Produce items following Starbucks recipes with speed of service.
• Maintain merchandising and signing standards.
• Uphold personal hygiene and professional dress, and assist customers as needed.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect with colleagues and customers.
