Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Flexible schedule with retail hours, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of drip coffee, cold beverages, espresso, and pastries.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment per Health Department standards.
• Follow Starbucks Service Steps and selling techniques to deliver great customer experiences.
• Educate, sample, and serve craveable food and beverages.
• Open/close area with checklist and verify completion with Manager on Duty.
• Maintain PAR stock levels and present products attractively.
• Prepare and present fresh products following recipes and speed standards.
• Adhere to merchandising and signage standards.
• Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress per policies.
• Perform other duties as needed and foster inclusive environment.
