• Provide customers with fresh products and correct portions to prevent shrink.

• Use coffee shop equipment and inventory ingredients according to guidelines.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates; take action as needed.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Stay current with ads and promotions; support safety programs and food safety rules.
• Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and reporting repair needs.
• Notify management of accidents or safety risks; report incidents promptly.
