Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to deliver a welcoming, high‑quality guest experience in a fast‑paced store environment in Strongsville, OH. You will handcraft beverages and food to recipe standards, maintain food safety, and assist with Drive Up, OPU, and in-store operations.

The role requires a focus on guest service, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. Previous Starbucks/food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Support Drive Up and order pickup processes to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate in‑stocks and signage and replenish as needed.
