Job summary

Target is looking for a Starbucks Barista to provide a consistent guest experience, craft beverages and food to specifications, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. You will engage with guests, help them find items, and support team members during busy shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

You should be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team, with flexibility for nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.

• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Deliver handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards.
• Follow all food safety requirements and maintain cleanliness and organization.
