Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting beverages and food while prioritizing guests' needs.
• Uphold Starbucks and Food & Beverage standards and food safety policies.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking and quality checks.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and store-wide activities.
• Follow Target and Starbucks routines to ensure a consistent guest experience and food safety.
• Keep an inviting dining area available all day, every day.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and tailor service accordingly.
• Produce items to production specifications and follow department routines.
• Record accurate temperatures for perishable items and complete cleaning tasks.
