Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Able to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and technology as directed
• Work independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience with handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operation
• Maintain Starbucks Food & Beverage and safety standards
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, and labeling
• Support Drive Up and OPU (order pickup) processes and ensure accurate fulfillment
• Maintain an inviting dining area and engage with guests to exceed expectations
• Follow all packaging guidelines and uphold quality control and safety practices
