Target is looking for a Starbucks Barista in Andover, MN. You will help guests by preparing handcrafted beverages and food, providing a welcoming experience, and ensuring quality and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with handcrafted beverages and food.
• Uphold Food and Beverage Standards, and Starbucks brand standards and food safety.
• Execute food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, pulls, stocking, zoning, and related tasks.
• Maintain awareness of promotional activities within Starbucks.
• Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent guest experience while ensuring safety.
• Assist with Drive Up orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout the day.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Handle production cards and follow department routines.
• Monitor and record temperature-sensitive items as required.
• Complete and record cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space according to guidelines.
• Follow packaging, labeling, and food safety requirements.
