Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol seeks an upbeat, customer-focused server for casino service. You will take drink orders, serve beverages, collect payments, and clear tables while creating memorable guest experiences.

This hourly tipped role requires a valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and Gaming Badge; ability to work in a smoky environment; and a flexible schedule, with lifting up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and Gaming Badge required when working.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills; positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a noisy, smoke-filled environment and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Flexible schedule; ability to sit 20% and walk 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to all guests; take orders and upsell beverages.
• Serve drinks, collect payments, and clear tables efficiently.
• Adhere to food and beverage policies and state liquor laws.
• Set up station on time and maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
• Build positive guest relations and mentor teammates as needed.
