Responsabilités

• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions about products sold within the department and store.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and conduct transactions.
• Offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products with correct portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs.
• Use coffee shop equipment and inventory ingredients in merchandise.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates to take action.
• Properly use kitchen equipment including espresso machine, blenders, scales and steamers.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report discrepancies to the department manager.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Reinforce safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Practice preventive maintenance and notify for repairs.
• Notify management of accidents and safety risks.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts in a constructive, cooperative manner.
• Maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
