Job summary

Festival Foods in Appleton, WI seeks a Caribou Clerk (Barista) to craft coffee beverages and deliver a welcoming cafe experience inside our grocery store. You’ll greet guests, follow recipes, and keep the cafe tidy, while supporting a fast-paced team.

The role offers part-time or full-time shifts with early mornings and weekends possible. Training is provided, with a strong emphasis on guest service and food safety.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or cafe experience is helpful.
• Full training will be provided for cafe procedures and recipes.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages quickly and with care.
• Take orders and payments, addressing questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
• Support the team and stock supplies as needed.
• Conduct basic food safety checks and logs.
• Maintain regular attendance and assist with shift coverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
