Qualifications

• Customer-Focused mindset for delivering excellent service in a cafe setting.
• Barista & Food Service skills; experience in food service or cashier roles is a plus.
• Attention to detail to follow recipes, manage orders, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Team player who can jump in and help where needed to keep the cafe running smoothly.
• Strong work ethic and dependability in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Service: Greet every guest and offer personalized recommendations to ensure they have the best cafe experience.
• Barista Expertise: Prepare coffee and other beverages quickly, consistently, and with care, following recipes.
• Customer Satisfaction: Take guest orders and payments efficiently, while solving any questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep supplies stocked, floors clean, and the coffee shop organized for a smooth operation.
• Support the Team: Prepare products for other shifts and assist in stocking and organizing supplies.
• Food Safety: Conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Support the Team: Other duties as assigned.
