Festival Foods in Kimberly, WI is seeking a Caribou Clerk (Barista) to join our cafe team. This position offers part-time or full-time hours in a fast-paced grocery store coffee shop. You will craft coffee beverages, deliver friendly service, and help maintain a welcoming guest experience throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as barista or cashier is a plus but training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness in a fast-paced cafe setting.
• Reliable team player with strong work ethic and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a friendly, personalized approach.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages following recipes quickly and consistently.
• Handle payments and questions from guests efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized coffee shop workspace.
• Support the team by preparing products for other shifts and restocking supplies.
• Conduct routine food safety checks and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Communicate schedule needs and arrange coverage for absences.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
