Position Overview

In your position as a Barista, you will be responsible for possessing an in-depth knowledge of all Just Love procedures and processes outlined in the operations manual and the ability to carry them out with a high degree of efficiency.

Key aspects of the position:

• Create a positive guest experience by providing a high level of service.
• Consistently complete all assigned tasks for a given shift with excellence, attention to detail, and pride in the result of the work.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of all food safety and handling procedures and ensure compliance with all codes, procedures, and standards.
• Foster a working environment consistent with Just Love’s core values and principles.
