85°C Bakery Cafe in Overland Park, KS is seeking an entry-level storefront associate to deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service every day. You will greet guests, help with product selection, operate the POS system accurately, and prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.

• Assisting with bread merchandising and product presentation.

• Following all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-training in multiple areas, including: Cashier (POS), Bar, Bread, Cake.
• Arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
• Having fun while delivering an exceptional guest experience!
