85°C Bakery Cafe in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Entry Level Storefront Associate. This position offers both full-time and part-time hours and pays $16.00 hourly. You will deliver friendly service, assist with product selection, operate the POS, and help with bread merchandising while maintaining a clean, food-safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greeting guests and assisting with product selection.
• Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assisting with bread merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Working collaboratively with teammates and store leadership.
• Following all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-training in multiple areas (Cashier, Bar, Bread, Cake).
• Arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
