Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an entry-level team member for full-time/part-time roles. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle product selections, and operate the POS system with accuracy. Prepare beverages and assist with merchandising while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week; weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greet guests and assist with product selection.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assist with bread merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and store leadership.
• Follow all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-train in Cashier, Bar, Bread, and Cake areas.
• Arrive on time and ready to work.
