Table & Banter Hospitality is seeking a hospitality-driven Barista for Café 200, shaping the daily experience for Round Table Studios tenants and guests. You will deliver warm hospitality, craft drinks, take orders, and help maintain a welcoming environment with teammates.

Qualifications

• Foundational customer service or hospitality experience in cafés, restaurants, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming, memorable experiences for every tenant, guest, and visitor with genuine hospitality.
• Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, tea, smoothies, sandwiches, and deli items per recipes.
• Take orders accurately and process transactions at the POS with knowledge and charm.
• Ensure all food and beverage items are presented and served with quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment reflecting elevated standards.
• Restock food, beverage, and retail items to keep the cafe prepared all day.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth cafe operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and other duties as needed.
• Support cross-training and help in other areas as business needs evolve.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Create welcoming, memorable experiences for every tenant, guest, and visitor by delivering genuine hospitality with each interaction.
• Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages, coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, sandwiches, and deli offerings in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized recommendations while accurately taking orders and processing transactions through the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure every food and beverage item is prepared, presented, and served with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment that reflects the elevated standards of Café 200 and Round Table Studios.
• Restock food, beverage, and retail items to ensure the café is prepared to serve guests throughout the day.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to support daily café operations and deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.
• Embrace cross-training opportunities and support other areas of the café as business needs evolve.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Foundational experience in customer service, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, retail, or other guest-facing environments is preferred. We also welcome individuals who show enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning and growing in a role that delivers elevated hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
• Previous experience in food preparation, safe food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards is highly desirable.
• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to serve others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
