Table & Banter Hospitality is seeking a hospitality-driven Barista to join Café 300. You will craft espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and light bites while delivering warm, personal service to tenants, visitors, and guests.

Join a collaborative team that values quality, professionalism, and thoughtful hospitality. You will engage guests, maintain a clean, inviting cafe, handle orders at the POS, and support daily operations with reliability and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience in customer service, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or other guest-facing environments preferred.
• Experience in food preparation, safe food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards desirable.
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to serve others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and colleagues.

Table & Banter Hospitality is seeking a hospitality-driven Barista to join our team at Café 300. This role does more than prepare exceptional coffee, smoothies, acai bowls. It also helps shape the daily experience of tenants, visitors, and guests. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Create welcoming, memorable experiences for every tenant, guest, and visitor by delivering genuine hospitality with each interaction.
• Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages, coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, sandwiches, and deli offerings according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized recommendations while accurately taking orders and processing transactions through the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure every food and beverage item is prepared, presented, and served consistently, with quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment that reflects the elevated standards of Café 200 and Round Table Studios.
• Restock food, beverage, and retail items to ensure the café is prepared to serve guests throughout the day.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards while complying with applicable regulations.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to support daily café operations and deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.
• Embrace cross-training opportunities and support other areas of the café as business needs evolve.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Foundational experience in customer service, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, retail, or other guest-facing environments is preferred. We also welcome applicants who show enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning and growing in a role that delivers elevated hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
• Previous experience in food preparation, safe food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards is highly desirable.
