Job summary

Gjelina Las Vegas is seeking a Busser/Barback/Barista (Floor Support Associate) to support high-volume service with a friendly, guest-focused approach. You will manage opening/closing stations, assist bartenders and servers, and help guests enjoy coffee and tea beverages while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

The role requires knowledge of drip vs espresso, strong teamwork, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant or related experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time and clock in/out; manage breaks per policy.
• Maintain appearance and hygiene per dress code standards.
• Know menu items and ingredients to assist guests accurately.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Assist bartender with stocking and restocking the bar and serving beverages.
