Job summary

Coach is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will engage guests, share product knowledge, and drive sales by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise.

You will maintain standards for cleanliness and safety, operate espresso machines and ovens, and collaborate with teammates to execute visual merchandising and meet store goals. Prior café experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior barista or café experience preferred.
• Customer-facing experience and task delegation.
• Ability to follow store policies including food safety and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Guest engagement: greet and assist guests warmly.
• Product knowledge: maintain knowledge of menu and Coach brand heritage.
• Selling skills: promote beverages and merchandise; highlight limited availability items.
• Visual standards: support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Operational excellence: maintain cleanliness and food safety; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens.
• Team collaboration: work closely with team members to solve problems and share selling strategies.
