Job summary

Coach in the United States is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store sales while representing the Coach brand with professionalism.

You will greet guests, maintain product knowledge, promote items, support floor sets, ensure food safety and operate espresso equipment. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with a base pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a barista or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work with food & beverage operating systems and policies.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach heritage.
• Promote beverages and merchandise to meet sales goals; customize orders.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety; operate espresso machines and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to share selling strategies.
