Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Barista/Bistro Attendant for the DoubleTree Pittsburgh – Green Tree property. You will provide exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced, indoor Bistro environment, handling orders, serving guests, and keeping the area clean and organized.

You will work in a property-based restaurant with emphasis on accuracy, courtesy, and guest engagement. Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience and knowledge of food/beverage offerings are required; high-volume

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in restaurant settings; high-volume dining experience preferred.
• Certifications: Food safety and/or alcohol service certification preferred or required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service.
• Take accurate orders and enter into POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages timely and professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate orders.
• Manage multiple tables in high-volume settings.
• Assist with seating guests and supporting other service areas.
