Sofive Hatfield is seeking a reliable Barista/Bartender to support café and bar operations. You will prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and alcoholic beverages while ensuring a welcoming experience for players, families, and guests.

Responsibilities include serving beverages, handling the POS, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with events. Must be 18+, with RAMP training, and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• RAMP Server/Seller training within the applicable timeframe.
• Previous barista, bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling alcohol-service responsibilities and checking identification.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently when needed.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules.

Responsabilités

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages
• Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages permitted under the facility’s license
• Verify IDs and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements
• Operate the POS system and accurately process cash and card transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café/bar area
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
• Follow opening, closing, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
• Support birthday parties, tournaments, leagues, and other facility events
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
