Sofive Cherry Hill is seeking a reliable Barista/Bartender to support our café and bar operations for players, families, and guests. This part-time role focuses on preparing coffee and beverages while delivering a friendly, fast-paced experience.

Must be 18+ with prior barista/bartending or hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Location is Sofive Cherry Hill; pay is $15.92 per hour with opportunities for additional hours during events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous barista, bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently when needed.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process cash and card transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café/bar area.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Follow opening, closing, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Support birthday parties, tournaments, leagues, and other facility events.
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
