Job summary

Sofive Hatfield is looking for a reliable and guest-focused Barista / Bartender to support our café and bar operations. This position will prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages while maintaining a professional and welcoming experience for players, parents, teams, and guests. Location: Sofive Hatfield, PA.

Schedule: Part-Time. $14 / hour. Availability: Evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• RAMP Server/Seller training required within the applicable timeframe.
• Previous barista, bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling alcohol-service responsibilities and checking identification.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently when needed.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages.
• Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages.
• Verify IDs and follow responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Operate POS system and accurately process cash and card transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café/bar area.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Follow opening, closing, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Support birthday parties, tournaments, leagues, and other facility events.
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
