Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality invites a Barista/Bartender to join our Bend, Oregon team at our reimagined hotel. You will welcome guests, craft beverages, and guide customers through the drink menu with a personable, hospitality-forward approach.

We look for 2–4 years of bartender experience, familiarity with wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and a valid bartending license. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience required
• Descriptive selling of the menu to guests
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• 2–4 years bartender experience required
• Current bartenders’ certification or license required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the bar area flow
• Maintain bar setup and stock daily
• Guide guests on beverage choices with menu descriptions
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Handle billing and cash/credit transactions
• Stock and store beverages, garnishes, and perishables
• Ensure high standards of product quality and presentation
