Qualifications

• Current bartenders' certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledge of latest mixology trends.
• Descriptive, able to upsell.
• 2–4 years bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat/beverage service at the bar.
• Maintain bar setup daily and stocked glassware.
• Suggest menu items and describe beverages to guests.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Prepare drinks following recipes and portion controls.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and close out checks accurately.
