Food and Beverage Manager

Join Pyramid Global Hospitality at our award‑winning Bend, Oregon property. This position oversees all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation, ensuring efficient service, cost controls, quality standards, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to staff.
• Communicate capabilities and programs to other departments and clients.
• Respond to guest needs and requests.
• Maintain first‑class standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Use inventory, receiving, and product cost systems.
• Lead staff in meeting productivity standards for food & beverage personnel.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere that encourages committed and loyal employees.
• Assist with hiring and training programs for food & beverage personnel.
• Support other Food and Beverage outlets as needed.
