What will I be doing?

As a Barista Attendant, you will assist management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

1. Greeting, preparing, and serving guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional, and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Upselling additional items to enhance profitability.
3. Entering orders into a computerized system and settling checks upon completion of the order.
4. Performing general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
