We are currently looking for a skilled and service-driven Barista to join our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
• Create beautiful and consistent latte art for all milk-based drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas throughout the day.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Occasionally assist with light floor duties—such as clearing tables or running food—during peak hours or as needed.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth, seamless guest experience.
• Represent the warm, welcoming energy of Rose Cafe at every guest interaction.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista or café service experience preferred (2 year experience in high-volume or quality-driven environments).
• Proficiency in espresso preparation and latte art is required.
• Experience with Cimbali espresso machines is a plus.
• A strong eye for detail, pride in presentation, and a proactive mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while keeping a calm and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural team player.
• Passion for coffee, food, and delivering genuine hospitality.
