Bring an enthusiastic attitude and reliable effort every week. Follow processes and procedures in order to produce a consistently high quality beverage. Baristas make coffee/espresso drinks, bagel sandwiches and maintain a clean work environment. Baristas strive to help each customer leave the store in a better mood than when they arrive. Requirements:

• Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work at least one shift on the weekends
• Communicate properly with managers regarding challenges
