Job summary

BIGGBY COFFEE is looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to craft beverages and provide a great guest experience. This role emphasizes living BIGGBY/Pavilion Ventures values, welcoming customers, and delivering quality drinks and food in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates should be ready to complete the New Barista Training Program, work 15–20+ hours weekly (including weekends), and perform physical tasks as needed. Growth and benefits are highlighted in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and craft high-quality beverages.
• Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for customers.
• Help customers build customized drink and food orders.
• Maintain energy levels higher than the customers you serve.
• Follow BIGGBY flavor rules and recipes.
• Follow cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Maintain store standards including cash handling and cleanliness.

Deliver Great Customer Experiences
